Reservations that are cancelled with in the 24 hour dispatch period will be charged a75% COL (cancelled on location) surcharge (excluding gratuity).All Round trip reservations are final a 75% service charge will apply if cancel no EXCEPTION.
A full fare will be charged after the driver has been dispatched ( including gratuity)
Reservations, for which passengers fail to show or call, will be charged a NO-SHOW fee equal to the base rate, waiting time, tolls and parking. This charge INCLUDES the 20% gratuity charge.
If a customer can not locate their driver it is the customer’s responsibility to call us at 203-798-8965.
All efforts to contact a customer via cell numbers and all other contact information will be made before our driver is released and a trip is deemed a NO SHOW reservation.
Travel is billed to the customer’s credit card or to an established corporate account within 12 to 24 hours of services performed.All Round trip sales are final and if cancel 75% service charge will apply no EXCEPTION.
Minimum hourly/luxury events such as weddings, nights on the town, proms, etc. are charged a 25% non-refundable (if cancelled before 20 days of the scheduled event refund will be made not including the deposit) . Cancellation With in 20 days of the scheduled event will be charged 100% after the 25% deposit. Deposit upon booking.
Currently Knights Limousine accepts American Express, VISA, Master Card, and Discover.All Credit card Customers will be charged 3.5% transaction fee on all discounted transportation rates settled between the party & Knights limousine Svc.
All trips are subject to 25% gratuity charge which is included on all bills.

Incase of emergency or unforeseeable circumstances, Knights Limousine reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of smaller,comparable or greater value at no additional charge to the customer.
On occasion, you may require or our reservationists may suggest a vehicle upgrade in order to capacitate the number of passengers and luggage volume.But if the customer insist to have a smaller vehicle for the service and at the day of service the luggage don't fit in the car Knights Airport & Limousine Svc holds no responsibility what so ever for the delay and missing the flight due to the overload.And full fair will be charged including the (gratuity).
You will be advised verbally and in written confirmation, of the additional costs of such vehicles at the time of your reservation.
Knights Limo bases our suggested start times according to the FAA’s current standards to domestic and international travel.
We are happy to suggest and help however times are ultimately at the discretion of the passenger and times chosen other than those advised by Knights Limo will be duly noted as such on the reservation.
Any and all debris or damages caused by the customer or any member of the customer‘s party, that exceed normal wear and use of a vehicle Knights Limousine has provided will be subject to a minimum $125. cleaning/repairs fee.
Drinking is not allowed by anyone under the age of 21.
Appropriate action will be taken in the event any minor is found to be in possession of alcohol, illegal drugs or weapons while in a Knights Limousine vehicle.
Knights Limousine is committed to our customer’s safety as well as that of our drivers. Over use of alcohol and intoxicated behavior that may result in compromising the safety of either, is solely at the discretion of the driver and will not be tolerated.
Where and when safely possible, violating passengers will be driven to their start point and the trip will be terminated, will full charges incurred.
If necessary, drivers will stop trips and notify parents and or appropriate authorities.
